Norys is an AI-powered platform that helps farmers optimize field management through drone scans and anomaly detection. This project focused on building an interface that simplifies the process of analyzing drone data and improving crop productivity.

Problem Definition: Collaborated with farmers and stakeholders to define the key challenges in field management, such as detecting crop health issues early and optimizing resource use.
Design & Development: Created wireframes and prototypes of the Norys dashboard, focusing on ease of use. The interface allows farmers to launch drone scans, monitor crop health, and track KPIs such as soil moisture and plant growth.
Testing & Refinement: Conducted multiple rounds of user testing with farmers to refine the interface, ensuring that the system could be used efficiently in the field.
Outcome: Norys improved productivity and resource management for farmers, with a streamlined interface that made it easy to monitor large fields using drone technology and AI.

Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developed a clear structure for the platform, ensuring that key features like budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting were easily accessible. Created low-fidelity wireframes to map out user flows and simplify navigation.
